Oilindo Organic Essential & Carrier Oils only delivers to mainland Portugal, Madeira, and Azores, at the present moment. All prices on our website are inclusive of legal taxes but do not include postage fees, customs fees, import duty fees, or any other charges. Customs fees are determined by the customs office of the destination of the specific country. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Oilindo Organic Essential & Carrier Oils.
The delivery of goods takes between 5 to 10 working days from confirmation of payment.
Tracking features from the relevant carrier are applied to all packages prepared for delivery or shipping.
An automated confirmation email will be sent to the shipping address confirming receipt of the order. When the parcel has been prepared and posted, a notification will also be sent to the shipping address with tracking details.
Oilindo Organic Essential & Carrier Oils does not take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit by the carrier. Please follow up with the relevant carrier if your package does not arrive by the due date stipulated.
