Frankincense essential oil is derived from the dried and distilled resin of the Frankincense tree. The process begins when droplets of sap are allowed to dry and harden on the tree over several days. Once hardened, these droplets are scraped off and processed to create the oil.

This oil has a rich wood, pine-like scent and can be used in aromatherapy or diffused. Frankincense oil plays a crucial role in aromatherapy due to its calming and comforting scent, which many find invigorating and refreshing for their senses.  It has been used for many centuries for anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and lack of sleep.

Research indicates that the powerful anti-inflammatory compounds found in Frankincense oil, can effectively reduce severe inflammation in the body and supports nerve regeneration.

Dilute at a percentage of 1% for long term use which is 3 drops Essential Oil to 10ml of a Carrier Oil.  A 5% dilution can be used for short term use which is between 10-15 drops Essential Oil to 10ml of a Carrier Oil.
