This Therapeutic Pillow filled with 100% natural olive pits can assist with relieving pain caused from a headache or migraine. Place the therapeutic pillow in the freezer for approximately 1 hour, then experience the sensation of lying down, placing the pillow on your head and feel the cold penetrating and subsiding the pain.

It is further recommended that an Essential Oil blend of (10ml Jojoba Carrier Oil, 4 drops Lavender, 4 drops Peppermint and 2 drops Rosemary) can be used to massage the temples and neck in conjunction to using the Therapeutic Pillow.

This pillow is also ideal if you want to relieve pain and discomfort in your wrist when making repetitive movements with the computer mouse. Resting your wrist on the pillow will give you comfort and avoid inflammation in the tendons in the hand.

The Therapeutic Pillow can be purchased with a removable cover.  Feel free and choose what works best for you.
